Olidata is expanding its presence in the cybersecurity market with the launch of Olidata Cybersecurity S.r.l., a new Group company headquartered in Rome, established on March 18, 2026, and dedicated to advanced cybersecurity services.
The new entity was established with a specific goal: to develop and manage a Next Generation Security Operation Center (SOC) and offer Managed Security services to businesses of all sizes, in a context where the protection of data, systems, and infrastructure is increasingly critical to the operational continuity and competitiveness of organizations.
The governance structure of Olidata Cybersecurity S.r.l. includes a Board of Directors chaired by Cristiano Rufini, supported by directors Pierre Levy and Giuseppe Di Fuccia. The company’s ownership structure also reflects the partnership underlying the project: Olidata S.p.A. holds 70% of the share capital, while the remaining 30% is held by Cyber Capital Alliance S.r.l., a company linked to Pierre Levy, former CEO of Atlantica Digital S.p.A.
As Cristiano Rufini emphasized, cybersecurity is now a prerequisite for development, because without protection there can be no innovation, trust, or continuity. In this context, the launch of Olidata Cybersecurity aims to provide a concrete response to a risk that has become structural for the economic and institutional system.
