Rome, 25 July 2025 – Olidata S.p.A. continues its international expansion. The company has signed two strategic agreements for the distribution of its products and technological solutions in five key markets in the Middle East: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates.
Specifically, Olidata has signed:
an Exclusive Agency Agreement with Shamal Commercial Investment L.L.C., a leading company in the defence, cybersecurity and aerospace technology sectors, controlled by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The agreement provides for an exclusive ten-year collaboration aimed at promoting Olidata products in the Saudi Arabian, Kuwaiti, Bahraini and Omani markets, both in the government and private sectors.
an Exclusive Cooperation Agreement with Saal Operating Systems LLC (known as Saal.ai), which operates in the United Arab Emirates. The agreement, initially annual and renewable, allows Saal.ai to exclusively promote and market specific Olidata products, with the possibility of submitting joint proposals to public and private customers.
