Rome, July 16 2025 – Olidata proudly announces its exit from CONSOB’s black list, which has ordered its exemption from the monthly reporting requirements under Article 114, paragraph 5 of the TUF.
The presence on the blacklist was a legacy of the past, related to the arrangement procedure initiated before the current corporate structure and well before the entry of the new management and the takeover of shares by the current ownership.
An achievement that confirms the excellent work done in recent years to relaunch the company, strengthen its financial solidity and bring it back among the protagonists of the Italian IT market:
- 3 consecutive financial statements certified by the auditing firm without qualification;
- stable and under control debt;
- positive economic results from 2022 to 2024.
In this regard, Olidata Chairman Cristiano Rufini stated: “Olidata’s removal from the blacklist represents another important milestone, adding to the positive conclusion of the composition procedure and the readmission of the Company’s shares to trading on the regulated market. It should be emphasised that the exemption from monthly reporting obligations, which had been imposed in a situation of serious crisis for a historic company such as Olidata, not only represents an achievement, but also demonstrates the work carried out over the last two years, which has consolidated the Group’s positive results and laid the foundations for expected growth prospects”.
