Maurizio Nasso alla Camera

Strategic digital autonomy is no longer just a political goal: it has become an operational priority for the country as a whole.
On February 10, 2026, the conference “A system of alliances for strategic autonomy” was held in the Matteotti Room of the Chamber of Deputies, where institutions and companies discussed technological sovereignty, data protection, and the development of cyber skills.

Participants included representatives from institutions, companies, and players in the cyber and digital sector.
The first panel, entitled “Data protection as a principle of sovereignty” featured Luisa Franchina (Italian Association of Critical Infrastructure Experts), Giulio Covassi (Kiratech), Cecilia Colasanti (ISTAT), Stefano Tomasini (MEF), Giorgio Roncolato (ULSS 9 Scaligera), Francesco Sofia (AGEA), and Pier Giorgio Bianchi (Talents Venture).
Olidata CEO Maurizio Nasso spoke at the Second Panel, “Alliance systems for balanced autonomy” alongside Igor Kranjec (AssoCISO), Ivan Monti (Ansaldo Energia), Francesca Nuti (TIM), Antonio Capobianco (Fata Informatica), and Ivano Cortinovis (D-Orbit), on the topic of cloud and artificial intelligence, with a focus on the need to adopt these technologies while maintaining strategic control of data and information.

The event was organized by Alé Comunicazione, a public affairs agency focusing on digital and cybersecurity, and was promoted by Guerino Testa, Secretary of the Finance Committee of the Chamber of Deputies.
