Maurizio Nasso
Biography
An executive with extensive experience in national and international ICT companies, he has held senior executive and management positions in technical and commercial functions.
He brings expertise in business development, governance models, digital transformation, cloud computing and cybersecurity. He has also worked in regulated sectors such as telecommunications, energy, utilities and transportation, contributing to high-value initiatives for Public Administrations and strategic infrastructure.
Cristina Rufini
Biography
Previously serving as Investor Relations Officer at Olidata, she has gained experience in investor relations and as a Project Management Officer.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical and Community Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Neuropsychology.
Throughout her career, she has also contributed to scientific publications.
Elio Casalino
Biography
A notary public, he practised in the Joint Notarial Districts of Trento and Rovereto and subsequently in Rome. Throughout his professional career, he has worked in various areas including public asset disposals, corporate and banking law, trusts and private international law. He has also explored the legal and ethical implications of artificial intelligence and robotics.
Pieremilio Sammarco
Biography
Full Professor of Comparative Private Law at the University of Bergamo, he also practises law and is the founder of Sammarco e Associati, a law firm specialising in civil, banking and commercial law. He has extensive experience serving on the Boards of Directors of major companies and as a member of supervisory bodies pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 for publicly owned companies.
Giuseppe Di Fuccia
Biography
An institutional relations expert with over twenty years of experience, he holds a Law Degree and a Master’s Degree in Economic Security, Geopolitics and Intelligence.
Throughout his career, he has gained professional experience at both national and international levels in organisational and management roles and has served on the Boards of Directors of several companies.
Federica Colletta
Biography
A lawyer qualified to practise before the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation and founder of Studio Legale Colletta, she has over twenty years of experience in civil, criminal and corporate law. She has served as Honorary Deputy Prosecutor and Honorary Justice of the Peace, combining her legal practice with university teaching. She is also included in the registers of experts maintained by ANAS, AIFA and AIRP.
Maria Pia Attanasi
Biography
Awarded the title of Commander of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic upon completion of her service at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, she has worked in the Offices of the Minister of Public Education, the Minister of Transport and the Minister for Scientific and Technological Research. In these roles, she was responsible for coordinating activities between the Ministers’ immediate support offices, government departments and institutional bodies.
Daniela Ranalletta
Biography
General Counsel of the Group since September 2024, she oversees Legal and Corporate Affairs, with responsibility for corporate governance, compliance, contracts, public procurement, litigation and extraordinary transactions. Previously, she led the Legal, Human Resources and Tender Management functions for over ten years, first at Sferanet and subsequently at Olidata. She holds a Law Degree from Sapienza University of Rome and has developed extensive experience in managing relationships with corporate governing bodies, regulatory authorities and key stakeholders.
