She joins the CDA bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in the IT sector, including more than 15 years in Sferanet, a company that through a deed of merger will be incorporated into Olidata.
Throughout his career she has shown a deep attachment to this reality, initially as a sales for Sferanet and later as its CEO, fully sharing the company’s mission and values. Her dedication represents a fundamental element for the growth of the holding company and its subsidiaries, contributing to the creation of a national hub that focuses on new technologies and solutions completely Made in Italy, at the service of Public Administrations and Corporate Enterprises as far as data management is concerned.

Ex Olidata’s Investor Relator, has always supported the company’s management with professionalism and passion. He holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical and Community Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Neuropsychology. His presence on the BoD ensures continuity in investor relations and a clear vision for Olidata’s financial future. He has experience as a Project Management Officer and has collaborated with prestigious scientific publications.

Notary public with an illustrious career. He holds a law degree from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome and has been a notary public in the United Notarial Districts of Trento and Rovereto and then in Rome. The areas of his professional activity have been mainly dedicated to public divestments, corporate and banking law, trusts and private international law : with particular regard, especially after the recent EU legislative developments, to issues and implications of a strictly legal nature, as well as of a moral ethical nature, related to the legal personality, responsibility and regulation of Robots and in general in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
Pieremilio Sammarco

Full professor of comparative private law at the University of Bergamo, where he also holds courses in European communication law and digital law. He practises the profession of lawyer; founder of Studio Sammarco e Associati, he provides consultancy services in the fields of civil, banking and commercial law, with particular reference to corporate and contract law, both in extrajudicial and contentious matters, as well as the protection of intellectual and industrial property. He has significant experience as a member of boards of directors in major corporations and has also served as a member of supervisory bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 for companies with public shareholdings. He is the author of numerous scientific publications and writes as a columnist for national newspapers.

She has served as Honorary Deputy Prosecutor and Honorary Justice of the Peace, in addition to her academic activities as a university lecturer. She is a consultant for public bodies and listed on the expert lists of ANAS, AIFA and AIRP, with recognized experience in extrajudicial and contractual law as well.
