Olidata took part as a corporate partner in the 2026 edition of the International Rome Bootcamp, organised by the Rome Business School from 27 July to 1 August. The event brought together around 300 participants from 73 different countries in Rome, who took part in challenges based on real-world business cases.
Olidata led the Artificial Intelligence and Healthcare track through the Healthcare AI Innovation Challenge, aimed at participants on the International Master’s in Artificial Intelligence, the Executive Master’s in Artificial Intelligence and the International Master’s in Pharma and Health Management.
The challenge required participants to design an AI solution for a European healthcare organisation, capable of leveraging data and digital resources, producing a measurable impact and demonstrating technical, organisational and economic feasibility.
The winning project, PRONTO, is a platform designed to support European healthcare systems in their coordinated and proactive response to emergencies linked to epidemics and pandemics. The solution aims to overcome data fragmentation by improving information sharing and the timeliness of decision-making.
Participation in the Bootcamp reaffirms Olidata’s commitment to digital innovation in healthcare, already demonstrated by proprietary solutions such as Ailanton, dedicated to AI applied to radiology, and TakeCare, a virtual medical assistant for monitoring vital signs.
